As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the cross-market and vertical go to market motions needed to achieve product marketing success metrics. You will leverage product marketing expertise along with research, company goals and industry knowledge. Demonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing strategies and tactics.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market and customer data to inform product and marketing decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and content.
Passion for the fitness, health and wellness market and the presence Daxko and its family of brands have within it
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Exceptional time management, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to smoothly collaborate across all levels of the organization
Bachelor s degree in related field preferred
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Marketing with strong preference for Product Marketing training, expertise, and/or experience
In your day to day you will:
Define and communicate market, competitor, influencer and ICPs of Daxko customers and prospects
Expertly communicate product value propositions designed to drive product qualified leads, product growth & attachment, and customer adoption.
Develop high-quality product collateral, such as datasheets, customer presentations, and other sales enablement materials to support the sales team and help drive revenue growth.
Build programmatic approaches to research, insight gathering, and reporting.
Conduct win/loss analysis to identify areas of strength and weakness in our product offering and use the insights to inform product and marketing strategy
Partner with demand generation teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns that generate leads, increase product awareness, and drive customer engagement.
Deliver critical product assets to support growth including research and data, ROI calculators, demos, videos, or other product thought leadership and tools.
Assist in completion of strategy and results documentation for the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team meetings, as required.
Collaborate with peers across the organization to ensure alignment on objectives and top-notch execution.
